CANCELLATION POLICY
At Stillwater Retreat, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing flexibility for our valued guests.
Cancellation Period

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund.
Modification Policy

Modifications to your reservation dates can be made, subject to availability and approval.

Changes made more than 14 days before the check-in date may incur a $25 modification fee.

Changes made within 7 to 14 days of the check-in date may incur a $50 modification fee.
No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Early Departure

Guests departing earlier than the reserved checkout date will be charged for the full stay.
Weather-Related Cancellations

In the case of severe weather conditions preventing travel, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.

Cancellation or modification requests made outside of office hours will be processed on the next business day.
Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
