OUR OBJECTIVE
The Doctrine Training Group aims to provide peerless training to deliver readiness and enable lethality.
Our goal is to impart clarity and competence, enabling soldiers to meet organizational training requirements and deliver the capability to overmatch mission demands.

THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP
The Doctrine Training Group recognizes significant areas where we can provide critical support and improve training effectiveness:

could not articulate their assessment methodology for Collective Tasks or Mission Essential Tasks (METs).
at the Company Level and below did not use the Army Standards (T&EOs) to evaluate training.
not using T&EOs specifically stated they relied on subjective assessments.
The lack of T&EOs usage for training events often creates the misleading impression that merely attending a training event equates to being “trained.”
By addressing these gaps, the Doctrine Training Group aims to enhance the clarity, effectiveness, and accountability of training programs, ensuring that every soldier is truly mission-ready.
